I got the exact car I was searching for at Lee Hyundai
My experience was nothing short of amazing. My salesman was Wallace. Him and I clicked immediately. He stopped at nothing to get me into the car I wanted. He was upfront, and honest. He was very personable, it’s like he wasn’t there to sell me a car. My mother was my co signer and since we were there til after closing finishing the paperwork, she had left her pocketbook in the office after they had locked up. Jimmie Conner came all the way back to the dealership to unlock it and get my mother her pocketbook! These guys are amazing! Overall I would send anyone I know who was interested in purchasing a new vehicle to Lee Hyundai of Florence! You guys rock! Thanks x a million for getting me into my 2018 Hyundai tuscan!

Amazing customer service and professioanlism
I would highly recommend this dealership. I worked a deal over the phone for a new 2018 Tuscon. Jimmie and Wallace made the entire process easy and fun. Great group of people, all who deeply care about the highest service level. Couldnt have asked for more.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever
I would just like to take this time to extend my sincerest thanks to Mac McElveen, Ms Julia, and the entire staff at Lee Hyundai. They have proven to me that their friendly customer service and hospitality can't be matched. This has easily been the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had to deal with. There is no haggling, no unanswered questions, no hidden fees or anything else of the sort, and my goodness the warranty packages are unmatched. They made this the purchasing process as much fun as the driving part. Thank you again Mac so much for turning me on to Hyundai, you have certainly made me a believer and I say you guys are all 2nd to none.

Beautiful dealership! All personnel very friendly and helpful. Wallace Bird is without question a professional in both knowledge and matter with Which he dealt with my wife and I. Got a great deal on a new SONATA SPORT. NOT the same old "hammer the customer into sibmission" style! I will recommend Wallace Bird and LEE HYUNDAI.

Satisfaction, Excellent customer service!
On Sept 12 my husband were at the Lee Hyundai of Florence SC dealership for service maintenance on our current auto, 2013 Santa Fe. While waiting we were looking at the new 2019 Santa Fe models. A salesman , Andrew Turner, Product and Tech specialist came out to greet us and show us around to look at the cars. Very Professional and knowledgeable. He showed us several cars and the different options. He then took us and introduced us to Wallace Bird, Product and Tech specialist. We decided to purchase a 2019 Santa Fe and use our 2013 as a trade-in. The Finance Mgr and Sales Mgr handled the purchase with ease. The buying experience went smooth and we are enjoying our new vehicle. Grant Watson was very friendly and told us he appreciated our business Great staff and very customer oriented! Thanks!

I won't go into all the details but just wanted to touch...
I won't go into all the details but just wanted to touch on something. The unprofessionalism from the salesperson to the internet specialist to the receptionist to the GM. Regardless of the background of my situation I wrote a review based on my not so great experience. ALM contacted me to take my reviews down. That's why we have Google reviews and dealerrater to share our experiences so for a dealer to ask you to take those down to me is supppressing someone's voice. They may not like the review but it's simply a statement of a customer's experience with the dealership. You have to take the good with the bad. So the GM Ken asked me to call him. I did. The receptionist was rude, sarcastic and difficult and said Ken would contact me but her laughing and rudeness I don't expect that to happen. That's my personal review. I am sure many people visit ALM and leave very happy. But everyone is different and every experience is different. Again I am more than open to talk to anyone there but to this point NO ONE has bothered to call me. They texted me to take my reviews down. So the ball is in their court. I am reasonable and still would even buy a car from them. If someone would just show a little professional behaviour and I would understand and move on and do business with them. Ball's in your court.
